Our client, a distinguished manufacturer of award-winning superyacht tenders, is seeking an Aftersales Coordinator to join their growing team. Known for their exceptional reputation and global clientele, they are dedicated to providing top-tier in-service support.
They are in search of a proactive, dependable, and detail-oriented individual. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential, as the successful candidate will serve as the primary point of contact with clients. The role requires a candidate with technical expertise in the marine industry and the capability to deliver service that meets the high expectations of UHNW clients.
Key responsibilities include:
* Handling incoming aftersales and warranty inquiries, developing comprehensive support plans, and providing clear timelines for resolution.
* Keeping a detailed log of all support requests and spare parts orders to ensure adherence to service level agreements.
* Preparing estimates, quotations, and invoices for parts orders, services, and warranty-related trips.
* Collaborating with design and production teams to drive continuous improvement and ensure client feedback is effectively communicated internally.
* Managing refit projects from start to finish, including logistics, import/export of vessels, and coordination of internal and external resources, while keeping clients informed of progress.
* Planning work schedules in cooperation with the Production team, assigning labor, estimating workload, and preparing quotations.
* Organizing all travel arrangements for Aftersales visits, including flights, transfers, accommodations, visas, and security clearances.
* Liaising with customs agencies to ensure smooth and expedited delivery of goods and parts.
