A bit about what you will do The Marketing & Content Manager develops and executes strategic marketing initiatives to support the hotel’s commercial objectives. Working closely with the Head of Marketing & Communications, they oversee content creation, manage digital and traditional marketing efforts, and drive social media growth. They also ensure brand consistency, lead creative projects, and collaborate across departments to enhance engagement and visibility. Oversee and optimise content across three brand websites, third-party platforms, and online resources. Be the CMS champion and ‘go to person’ for all website content, layout and design requests. Be innovative and forward thinking in how we can continually improve our online content to engage with an everchanging consumer market place. Own content creation and posting for all Fairmont Windsor social media accounts whilst adhering to the hotel and Fairmont brand visions. Develop and manage a social media calendar aligned with seasonal themes. Engage with followers across our social channels; actively communicating with our audience in a tone that’s consistent with our brand voice. Monitor performance to develop a social strategy that supports audience and engagement growth. Provide monthly social media analytics, including follower growth and engagement metrics. Execute the influencer strategy. Recruit and maintain Influencer collaborations and partnerships Analyse performance data and communicate highlights, recommendations, strengths and weaknesses in accordance with a defined action plan. Further develop our approach to UGC (user generated content). Responsibility for managing our group LinkedIn profile and corresponding content. Carry out in-house and manage external photography and videography. Assist in managing and executing initiatives led by our Digital Agency. Support email marketing through copywriting and content creation. Coordinate media and influencer stays, including booking, preparing complimentary forms, and facilitating arrivals. Lead design and creative projects, including brochures and sales collateral. More about you Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field (preferred). 3–4 years of marketing experience, ideally in luxury hospitality. A key sense of trends both in style and culture Excellent written and spoken English with an articulate and engaging writing style Skilled with a creative flair in photography, videography and content creation. Expertise in Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, and Premiere Pro. Experience with CRM tools like HubSpot or MailChimp. Proven success in social media management and growth. An understanding of key social KPI’s and confidence to report back results to a wider team audience including senior stakeholders Strong project management skills with the ability to lead initiatives.
