People Team Admin – Generalist Westbury, Wiltshire £23,800pa - £24,500 DOE (pro rata) ⏰ 25 - 30 hours per week, flexible, Monday – Friday. Maternity cover – one year FTC. Your Role Rygor Group are looking for a proactive and engaged People Team Administrator who can provide essential administrative support to the People Department to help them continue to be a UK Best Workplace. They are looking for an individual who can ensure the department is up to date with the best HR and People practices, company process, culture and engagement projects and be passionate about being part of their award-winning team. This is a one-year contract, due to maternity cover. Day to day, you will be: You will be a champion for business initiatives and uphold our company values of being ‘rewarding’, ‘reliable and ‘respectful. You will ensure the accuracy of all HR and people team documentation, to uphold a professional and high-quality level of communication across the business from the People team at Rygor. You will support the team by drafting policies and proofing and reviewing documentation. You will ensure GDPR is upheld at all times. You will ensure our HR online platform is up to date and identify any missing data. You will assist with the creation of internal eLearnings. You will keep aware of the booking of annual leave across the business, highlighting to the head of the department when managers or team members need to be communicated with. You will assist the team with hands-on tasks, such as behind-the-scenes preparation for company events, and new starter virtual events. You will lead in ensuring office housekeeping, filing and keeping records up to date. You will assist with HR tasks, such as onboarding, contracts, SMT1. You will act as an official note-taker in meetings and proceedings as required. You will take ownership of certain administrative tasks, and report back to the team regularly.
