HR Coordinator\n\nJob Title: HR Coordinator\n\nLocation: London (hybrid 3 days in the office, 2 days at home)\n\nRemuneration: £16 - £18 per hour\n\nContract Details: 3 months Temporary\n\nHours: Monday - Friday 9am-5pm (flexibility needed due to working across different time zones)\n\nAre you an enthusiastic HR professional ready to take charge? Our client is looking for a dedicated HR Coordinator to join their dynamic team! If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a passion for HR processes, this role is perfect for you.\n\nResponsibilities:\n\nCollaborate with hiring managers to create and edit job descriptions.\nAdvertise roles and liaise with the reward team to price positions competitively.\nPost job ads on various job boards to attract top talent.\nShare candidate applications with hiring managers and conduct screenings if experienced.\nOrganise and schedule interviews, ensuring a smooth process for candidates.\nManage the journey from interview to offer stage, working closely with hiring managers.\nGenerate employment contracts and handle right to work checks and references.\nCreate and maintain records on the HR platform for new starters and share onboarding details with payroll.\nOversee terms and conditions of employment and manage offboarding processes within the UK.\nStay updated on UK employment laws to provide accurate HR advice.\nSupport global managers with HR queries, leveraging the supportive HR team.\nManage HR system data effectively and maintain the HR inbox.\nAssist with ad-hoc requests, including processing annual leave forms.
\n\nExperience/Skill Set:\n\nStrong understanding of UK employment legislation.\nAbility to manage both strategic and operational tasks independently.\nExcellent interpersonal and communication skills.\nStrong problem-solving abilities and effective time management.\nProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.\nFlexibility to work across time zones in a global setting.\nSelf-motivated and capable of working autonomously, while also being a team player.\nStrong integrity, reliability, and a keen attention to detail. \n\nIn this stand-alone role, you will work alongside the Finance Manager and Lead HR Advisor, ensuring seamless HR operations.
