We are looking for a hard-working and motivated individual to join our Recycling department Job Description Shifts; Monday to Friday 8am to 4pm, including Bank Holidays, however, there if flexibility for this role to operate on a Monday to Friday 6am-2pm/2pm-10pm rotating shift basis. Salary; Ranging between £26,799.52 per year and £29,747.47 per year dependent on shift pattern. Holidays; 33 including Bank Holidays Key responsibilities Supporting the Recycling Manager in achieving all operational KPI’s and objectives in Recycling department. Ensuring machines run efficiently and to production plan, in cooperation with maintenance and health and safety standards. Ensuring quality of production with the use of tools and procedures. Maintaining a safe working environment following processes and working in accordance with the Health & Safety at Work Act 1974. What are we looking for Good literacy, numeracy skills A reliable, enthusiastic team player. Good communication skills and an open, honest approach. Ability to work as part of a team and manage individual workload. Display a positive work ethic and ‘can do’ attitude. Experience working shift patters and/or long hours Desirable but not essential: Manufacturing and continuous improvement experience.
