Job Description
The Client Lifecycle Management QA Training - AVP will be responsible for:
* Overseeing the accuracy and effectiveness of KYC reviews,
* Managing a team of quality assurance Associates and Analysts,
* Implementing process improvements to mitigate compliance and operational risks.
* This is a strategic role with opportunities to shape our KYC quality standards and strengthen our compliance framework.
The Successful Applicant
The Client Lifecycle Management QA - AVP should have:
* Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Law, or a related field. Relevant certifications, such as CAMS, ICA, or equivalent, are strongly preferred.
* Experience: Minimum 6-8 years of experience in KYC/AML compliance, quality assurance, or a related role within a financial institution, with at least 3 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
What's on Offer
Salary: £65,000 - £70,000
