We are seeking to recruit a Recovery Officer. The role will involve but is not limited to the following: Key tasks and responsibilities: Manage business and residential accounts Liaise with businesses and residents Undertake housekeeping reports and exercises Undertake debt chasing and control recovery Timely and accurate action of client requests To support operational service delivery to clients Comply with corporate HR and Health & Safety policies and procedures Support\mentor colleagues with their development Essential Skills and Attributes: Previous administration, account management experience Previous debt management, collection experience Evidence of delivering a first-class service to a diverse range of customers from initial point of contact Experience of gathering, organising and managing information Being responsive, customer-focused and committed to customer care Demonstrate a flexible approach to working patterns to meet business peaks and troughs Educated to GCSE level or equivalent with minimum of 5 grades of A-C /9-4, including English and Maths
