MINI/BMW Parts Executive Located on the outskirts of Portadown, Prentice is a locally owned family business. Operating from our state of the art showroom, we are seeking an ambitious and highly motivated individual to join our BMW and MINI Parts Department. The Role Providing individual advice to customers on everything from M Performance kits to wheels & tyres to air conditioning systems. Each time, youll look to ensure that the service you provide is everything the customer would expect and more. You will work directly with the Parts Manager and Parts Advisors in the day to day operations of the department, including but not limited to: Receiving deliveries Processing orders for internal and external customers Returning old and new parts back to the manufacturer Answer customer calls Returning customer calls Stock checking About You Essential Criteria Minimum of 5 GCSEs at Grade C or above (or equivalent) Demonstrable track record of delivering great customer service and resolving customer issues Previous experience of working under pressure to help achieve work deadlines and team targets. Be competent across Microsoft packages (Outlook, Excel, Word) Excellent organisational and task management skills.
