Key Responsibilities:
* Provide high-quality, person-centered care to residents.
* Assist residents with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, mobility, and feeding.
* Administer medications and maintain accurate records where required.
* Support and mentor junior care staff, ensuring they provide excellent care.
* Develop and implement individual care plans in collaboration with healthcare professionals and families.
* Conduct regular assessments and reviews to ensure the highest standards of care are maintained.
* Build positive relationships with residents, their families, and other staff members.
Qualifications:
* Previous experience as a Senior Care Assistant or in a similar role, preferably in a residential or nursing home setting.
* Relevant qualifications in Health and Social Care (NVQ Level 3 or equivalent).
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* A genuine passion for providing personalised, high-quality care.
