Company Description Ibis London Heathrow 356 Rooms in the heart of Heathrow Bath road Job Description What are we looking for · Previous experience in a hotel environment or office admin support role, including handling general hotel administration · Exceptional organisation and communication skills. · Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively. · Can commit to core office hours with some flexibility. In this role, you will · Manage administrative tasks efficiently to ensure smooth operations of the various hotel departments. · Support all hotel departments including Maintenance, Sales, Human resources, Food & beverage and operations with administrative duties. · Contact suppliers to schedule routine annual maintenance or call for emergency visits/ repairs · Keep accurate and updated administrative records in our people, health & safety, and suppliers' records. · Assist with scheduling all hotel compliance appointments.
