Contract Support administration Coordinator – Anabas, Swindon (SN5 6PB) - Full time and part time contracts available. We are currently seeking two proactive and self-motivated Contract Support Administrator with strong customer service and administration skills to join our fantastic Contract Support Team in Swindon. We have a full time and a part time positions available: Full time Salary: £28,000 per annum Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Contract: Permanent Salary: £14,000 per annum Hours: Tuesdays, Wednesdays & Thursdays between 9:00am and 3:00pm OR 8:30am to 2:30pm, (School Hours) Contract: Permanent. Key Responsibilities: Helpdesk Coordination: Manage all RWE Helpdesk activities, scheduling reactive works, planned preventative maintenance (PPM), and compliance tasks using our CAFM system (QFM). Customer Support: Handle helpdesk calls and mailbox management, ensuring all inquiries are addressed efficiently and in line with contractual agreements. Job Logging & SLA Compliance: Accurately log client requests, assign resources, and prioritize tasks according to service level agreements (SLAs). Engineer & Contractor Liaison: Coordinate with engineers, soft service teams, and contractors to schedule work, track updates, and maintain accurate records in QFM. Procurement Support: Process orders for materials and equipment as required. Quotation & Reporting: Prepare and submit quotations within required SLAs and assist the Contract Support Manager in compiling client and internal reports. Purchase Order Processing: Manage purchase orders via WAP, ensuring accurate goods receipting of invoices. Compliance Monitoring: Provide weekly and monthly reports on reactive work, statutory compliance, and mandatory PPMs to ensure job completion. Document Management: Ensure all documentation is correctly stored and organized on Anabas’ Client SharePoint using agreed naming conventions. General Administration: Support the senior contract management team with additional administrative tasks as required. The closing date for new applications will be the 12th of March 2025.
