Ensure the safety and wellbeing of all children, creating a supportive and inclusive environment that encourages independence and risk-taking.
Collaborate with fellow team members to continuously develop and enhance our outdoor curriculum, ensuring it meets the developmental needs of the children.
Maintain effective communication with parents and carers, providing updates on their child's progress and achievements.
The Ideal Candidate:
Holds a relevant Level 3 Early Years Education qualification or equivalent.
Demonstrates a strong commitment to outdoor education and has experience working in a forest school setting or similar.
Is enthusiastic, imaginative, and able to inspire and engage young children.
Possesses excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Has a current First Aid certificate and is knowledgeable about health and safety in an outdoor environment.
Join us in delivering an exceptional educational experience that goes beyond the classroom walls. If you are eager to make a difference in the early stages of children's development and share our commitment to outdoor learning, we would love to hear from you.
