Responsibilities Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging Humanities Teacher lessons, primarily focusing on either History or Geography at Key Stages 3 and 4. Foster a stimulating learning environment that encourages critical thinking, inquiry, and a deeper understanding of the human experience and the world. Assess and monitor student progress in Humanities, providing insightful feedback to support their learning and development in the chosen specialism. Contribute to the development of the Humanities curriculum and resources within the school. Requirements Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent with a specialism in History or Geography. Demonstrated experience teaching Humanities (History and/or Geography) at Key Stages 3 and 4. A strong and comprehensive knowledge of either historical concepts and periods or geographical concepts and processes.
