With an emphasis on high end properties and a commitment to excellence, we seek a dynamic and highly organised Office Manager & Marketing Coordinator to support our team and enhance our brand presence.
Job Overview:
As the Office Manager & Marketing Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of the office while developing and executing marketing strategies to elevate our brand. This dual role requires exceptional organisational skills, attention to detail, and creativity to drive both operational efficiency and marketing success.
Key Responsibilities:
Office Management:
1. Oversee daily office operations, ensuring efficiency and organisation.
2. Manage office supplies, IT systems, and liaise with external suppliers.
3. Provide administrative support to the senior leadership team, including scheduling and correspondence.
4. Maintain databases and filing systems, ensuring all client records are up to date.
5. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
Marketing Coordination:
1. Develop and implement marketing campaigns to promote properties and the agency's brand.
2. Manage social media channels, creating engaging content and growing the agency's digital presence.
3. Oversee website updates, ensuring content is current and visually appealing.
4. Coordinate the design and distribution of promotional materials such as brochures and newsletters.
5. Organise and promote client events, open houses, and networking opportunities.
6. Liaise with external PR and marketing agencies as required.
Key Requirements:
1. Previous experience in office management, administration, or marketing within the property sector or a similar high-end service industry.
2. Strong organisational and multitasking abilities with excellent attention to detail.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with CRM and marketing tools.
4. Experience managing social media platforms and digital marketing campaigns.
5. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
6. Ability to work independently and as part of a close-knit team.
7. A proactive and problem-solving mindset.
