Our client, a forefront leader in the Landscape Management Industry, is currently looking for a Project Support Administrator. The position pays up to £12.50 per hour PAYE, depending on experience.
This is a great opportunity to join a growing business, working on a long-term contract of 40 hours per week over 5 days.
Based in Mitcheldean, the ideal candidate will provide administrative support for the project team, upload and manage all new tasks onto a portal, and perform general administrative duties.
Job roles include:
* Creating and managing project files on Box, ensuring the team has access to the most up-to-date information
* Logging all new jobs onto the project tracker
* Updating the project tracker with progress information, allowing the client to be updated twice a week
* Completing tree preservation and conservation area searches
* Completing land registry searches
* Conducting Google map searches to identify potential tree owners
* Completing and sending handover packs
* Liaising with landowners (verbally and in writing) to gain written permission to carry out the proposed work
The ideal candidate will:
* Be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office suite
* Be a good communicator and team worker
* Ensure a smooth and timely completion of all relevant contracts and queries
