Actively promote the workplace as a learning environment, encouraging everyone to learn from each other and from good practice. Use technology and appropriate software as an aid to management in planning, implementation and monitoring of care, presenting and communicating information. To act as a positive role model for nurses and HCA in the hospital through the demonstration of excellent communication and clinical skills. Understand responsibility of self and others to the Trust regarding the Freedom and Information Act. Actively participate in the trusts individual performance review process to identify own learning needs and take necessary steps in order to reach personal and professional objectives.
