You will play a pivotal role providing directly high-level professional assistance, administrative support and stakeholder liaison, alongside leading a small team of Professional Assistants. If you're ready to make a real impact and be part of our dynamic team, we’d love to hear from you Responsibilitie sYou will be responsible for :Providing a full, confidential Executive Assistant service to the Principal .Providing a full, confidential Professional Assistant service to the members of Executive Leadership (as required) .Assisting the Clerk to the Corporation in terms of arrangements for Corporation and Committee meetings and follow-up of actions from those meetings .Drafting letters, emails, reports, papers and presentations for the Principal and other members of Executive Leadership as required .Preparing agendas and produce minutes for other Executive Leadership members meetings as required .Effectively manage and respond to enquiries from governors, staff, students, parents and other persons, either in person or on the telephone.
