The Georgian Townhouse is a unique pub with rooms just a stones throw from the centre of Norwich, set over 2 properties we have 35 rooms and apartments, a team that's calling out for a leader to work alongside them, help them raise standards, and create a wonderful and well thought out experience for our guests.
We're looking for a leader with the highest standards, someone with a meticulous eye for detail, someone obsessed with their rooms and developing their team while working alongside them.

What we look for in a Housekeeping Manager:
As the successful Housekeeping Manager, you will have a passion to deliver exceptional customer service every time, with a friendly outgoing personality and desire to work as part of a team while leading your department. You will have very high standards and an impeccable eye for detail. Our Housekeeping team play an important role in the maintenance of our equipment, management of our linen and guest supplies and ensuring all daily, weekly and monthly cleaning tasks and projects are delivered on time and to highest standard. You’ll get lots of training and have a good time along the way.
