Job Role: Administrator- Telecoms
Location: Office based role in Strood- free parking on site
Hours: Monday to Friday 9am-5pm
I am excited to be recruiting for a local telecom cabling specialist who is doubling in turnover every year! This multi-million £ local firm look after their staff with regular social events in London and performance related bonuses in summer and at Christmas.
Due to growth, I am sourcing a Project Coordinator to work alongside a Project Manager and ensure the timely delivery of cabling jobs in the southeast.
Duties will include:
Organising site surveys
Processing survey documentation
Opening jobs on in-house tracker and client portals
Allocating work to subcontractors
Processing subcontractor documentation
Raising quotations for additional works
Producing daily reports on job status
Liaising with clients daily to update on key projects and sitesThe perfect candidate:
Ideally with Telecoms experience
Organised administrator who is confident using multiple systems at the same time
Experienced in a similar role or a strong administrator/grad looking to apply their skillsWhy work for my client:
