About the Role
This role will support a Financial Planning team with back office admin, client servicing, and communications.
Main duties include:
1. Supporting new and ongoing business cases
2. Preparation for client meetings
3. Client communications
4. Collaborating with the wider team to improve standards
5. Responding to client enquiries
6. Ensuring high standards of work and client service at all times
This opportunity is suitable for candidates from a Financial Services background with experience supporting Financial Planners or IFA's. Essential knowledge includes Financial Planning, investments, and pensions/retirement planning. The ideal candidate is friendly, organized, and possesses excellent written and verbal communication skills.
