A paramount leading tier 1 contractor based in the South West are seeking a Business Development Manager to join their business and continue the growth & development of this outstanding contractor.
Responsibilities for the Business Development Manager:
* Proactively Seek out and pursue new business opportunities and avenues.
* Drive and develop the business in alignment with their growth plans and business strategy, also implementing throughout the business with the senior leadership team
* Support clients and key framework contact as business point of contact representing the business model and ambitions forming long standing relationships
* Provide market and competitor intel keeping up to date with latest trends, legislation's and developments
Key attributes for the Business Development Manager:
* Previous experience working within a construction sector is fundamental along with leading market knowledge within the construction industry
* A network of successful industry relevant relationships
* Proactive nature and strong communication skills will steady well
* Strong background using CRM software would be advantages
