We are currently recruiting a Finance and Invoicing Assistant to join a well-established business in Wigston. This is a great opportunity to join a close-knit finance team where you can take responsibility for the invoicing function.
Responsibilities:
1. Processing invoices, ensuring these align with stock levels and deliveries
2. Generating invoices
3. Reconciling the supplier and customer accounts
4. Recording receipts and transactions
5. Dealing with any discrepancies
6. Generating reports
7. Playing an active part in process improvement
Ideal Candidate:
1. Must have previous experience within a finance or invoicing role
2. Excellent organisational skills
3. Able to communicate at all levels
4. Good IT skills with a working knowledge of Excel
5. Team player
