Channel Coordinator / Customer Services
Location: Merlin Park, Erdington
Rate: £12.86 per hour
Hours: 10:00 - 18:00, Monday to Friday
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Channel Coordinator / Customer Services professional to join our client's team at Merlin Park in Erdington. This role offers a competitive rate of £12.86 per hour and operates from 10:00 to 18:00, Monday to Friday.
Responsibilities:
1. Generate customer order documentation for pick, dispatch, and collection
2. Process computer-based orders and system transactions
3. Track customer service KPIs and metrics from start to completion
4. Inform customers about potential product/service issues
5. Handle customer complaints with professionalism and efficiency
6. Liaise with operations department heads to resolve issues and provide feedback to customers
7. Perform standard customer service duties such as filing, copying, and making phone calls
Requirements:
8. Strong time management and problem-solving skills
9. Excellent communication and emotional intelligence skills
10. Experience with Microsoft applications
11. Willingness to learn, develop, and take on extra responsibilities
