Casual Trainer and Assessor - BURWOOD, NSW
As a casual trainer, you will play a key part in providing additional support to the team in the successful delivery of the AMEP and SEE program.
The opportunity
* Deliver training when required
* Support the team completing PTA's
* Use your experience to engage students, apply effective learning techniques, and maintain a student-centered approach
* Identify barriers to learning to support student attendance
* Bring learning to life for students using different forms of communication to gain positive outcomes
* Conduct pre-training assessments and implement training to meet contract requirements
About you
* Flexible to cover when needed
* A driven, supportive, and community-minded person, working with disadvantaged learners and non-English speakers to help them build future opportunities through learning
* Ability to handle multiple tasks in a dynamic environment
* Strong knowledge of the VET sector and the National Standards for RTOs (2015)
* Excellent skills in training facilitation and assessment within the vocational area
Qualifications :
* Bachelor of TESOL with current TAE or an undergraduate degree with a Graduate Diploma in Education or postgraduate TESOL
