A class of 30, or a class of 1?
As a teacher, dividing your time between 30 students can leave one young person falling behind. With Fresh Start, you can focus on the one who needs you most.
As an Education Specialist, you’ll creatively re-engage a young person who’s out of mainstream school, tailoring 1:1 sessions to their unique needs and interests. Sessions take place in their home or an approved public setting, with the aim of rebuilding their confidence and love for learning.
If you’re passionate about making a real difference for hard-to-reach young people, we want to hear from you.
In order to be considered to work with this particular student, it is an occupational requirement to be a male tutor. These protected characteristics are essential and relate directly to the safeguarding of the young person and individuals working with them.
