Are you an experienced Purchase Ledger Clerk looking for your next opportunity? We are recruiting for a dedicated and detail-oriented professional to join a dynamic team in Basildon on a temp-to-perm basis.
Key Responsibilities:
Processing supplier invoices and reconciling statements
Managing payment runs and resolving queries
Ensuring accurate data entry and maintaining financial records
Supporting month-end processes and assisting with audits
Liaising with suppliers and internal departments
Requirements:
Previous experience in a purchase ledger or accounts payable role
Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
Proficiency in accounting software and Excel
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
