As the Team Leader, you will be responsible for supporting the Deputy Digital Health Records Manager in providing a responsive, effective, and efficient Digital Health Records service to the Trust, ensuring the team consistently meets agreed targets and service level agreements.
Support the management of the Digital Health Records team with supervision, support, undertaking appraisals, and training, ensuring adherence to NHS and ESHT policies.
The post holder will require excellent communication skills, a very positive and flexible approach to work, and a motivation for the next challenge, while enjoying working as part of a busy team.
Knowledge of IFIT/Evolve and previous Health Records experience is desirable; however, full in-house training will be provided. This post will support the preparation for the introduction of a new electronic patient record (EPR) system.
To support the Deputy Digital Health Records Manager in the day-to-day management of the Trust’s Digital Health Records department, promoting and ensuring all Digital Health Records are managed to the required data quality standards.
To be responsible for the daily staffing resources to provide various tasks relating to paper and electronic patient Health Records for the Trust, including pulling and preparing patient Health Records to ensure they are in the correct format for scanning.
The post holder will be responsible for managing the team of Digital Health Records Clerks and Digital Health Records Courier Drivers to ensure that patient records are managed in line with Trust policy.
