The ideal candidate will have a proactive attitude, a strong sense of ownership, and the ability to deliver tangible outcomes without getting bogged down by traditional project management tools. This role requires a hands-on approach, where success is measured by the delivery of results rather than just planning. Key Responsibilities: Project Ownership: Take full ownership of projects from initiation to completion, ensuring all objectives are met within scope, time, and budget. Diverse Project Management: Lead and manage a diverse range of projects, including but not limited to business operations improvements, client implementation processes, and technology platform rollouts. Proactive Execution: Work proactively to identify potential risks, roadblocks, and opportunities, implementing solutions before they become issues. Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including senior management, business units, technical teams, and external partners, to ensure successful project delivery. Results-Oriented Delivery: Focus on delivering measurable results that align with the company’s strategic goals, rather than just following traditional project management methodologies. Task Management: Ensure all project tasks are completed on time and to the highest standard, driving the project forward with a hands-on approach. Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement best practices for project management, contributing to the continuous improvement of processes within the company. Qualifications and Skills: Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in a fast-paced and rapidly growing environment. Strong track record of delivering projects on time, within scope, and with measurable outcomes. Experience of implementing tech project would be an advantage. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing priorities effectively. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels. Demonstrated ability to work proactively, independently, and with a high level of initiative. Experience in business operations, client implementation, and/or technology platform projects is highly desirable. Familiarity with various project management tools and techniques, but with a focus on practical execution rather than adherence to rigid methodologies. Personality Traits: Results-Oriented: You are driven by what you deliver and are defined by the results you achieve. Proactive: You take initiative, anticipate challenges, and act decisively to address them. Hands-On: You are not afraid to roll up your sleeves and dive into the details to get things done. Collaborative: You work well with others and can bring together diverse teams to achieve common goals. Adaptable: You thrive in a fast-paced environment and can quickly adjust to changing priorities and demands. The role will include small but complicated tactical tasks as well as small to medium sized projects.
