The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills and a drive to learn and complete tasks.
Job Responsibilities
* Answer external and internal calls to direct to correct departments.
* Welcome and greet visitors/clients at reception.
* Monitor and arrange appointments.
* Receive and respond to emails.
* Organise incoming mail and paperwork.
* Provide administration support to the business.
* Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable.
* Assist colleagues on certain projects by providing administrative skills.
* Update departments with client information via email and phone calls.
