* Based in Dorking
* Up to £45,000 salary (DOE)
* Hybrid (2 days WFH)
* Monday – Friday, 9am – 5:30pm

Job Description:
* Working closely with end users, engineers, and sub-contractors to book installs
* Diary management, coordinating schedules
* Liaising with suppliers, ordering equipment and ensuring it arrives on time
* Ensuring that essential documents i.e. risk assessments are available and up to date
* Monitoring projects and ensuring they are running smoothly
* Updating the CRM and helpdesk systems
* Collating and sending reports
* Managing the helpdesk ticketing system
Person Specification:
* Previous experience in a similar role is essential
* Experience working in the IT industry
* Organised with a can-do attitude
* Excellent communication skills
