The opportunity
Are you passionate about sports marketing and ready to make an impact with one of the most iconic teams in the NHL? The Boston Bruins are looking for a dynamic Marketing Coordinator to help drive innovative campaigns and support key initiatives across multiple departments.
Key Responsibilities:
* Campaign Development: Create and execute integrated marketing campaigns for Bruins programs across Community Relations, Youth Hockey & Fan Development, Heritage Hall, and the Boston Bruins Foundation.
* Youth Engagement: Partner with the Youth Hockey & Fan Development team to support the Bruins Kids Club—crafting monthly newsletters, brainstorming and executing events, and managing special offers to grow fan engagement.
* Brand & Partnership Support: Collaborate with the Corporate Partnerships team to:
o Assist in ideating new business opportunities
o Support in-game partnership activations (excluding signage, tickets, and hospitality)
o Develop and implement marketing campaigns for partner programs
* Integrated Marketing Calendar: Work closely with your Marketing Coordinator counterpart to manage the master calendar, covering channels such as TV, radio, OOH, digital (web, mobile, social, email), gameday rosters, in-arena StadiumVision & HubVision, and special events.
* Creative Collaboration: Partner with the in-house Creative Services team to develop compelling marketing materials, while managing and prioritizing creative requests from key departments.
* Team Support: Contribute to department-wide marketing initiatives and events, taking on additional responsibilities as needed to support the Bruins’ overall marketing strategy.
Pay
Minimum – Anticipated Maximum Base Salary: $47,100 - $61,200 / year
In addition to base salary, we offer an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. What will you do?
* Develop and execute strategic marketing campaigns for Bruins programs, supporting Community Relations, Youth Hockey & Fan Development, and the Boston Bruins Foundation.
* Partner with the Youth Hockey & Fan Development team to enhance the Kids Club experience through engaging monthly newsletters, creative event ideation and execution, and the promotion of special offers.
* Collaborate with the Marketing Coordinator counterpart to manage the Master Integrated Marketing Calendar, covering channels such as:
o TV, radio, and out-of-home (OOH) advertising
o Digital platforms, including web, mobile, social media, and email
o Gameday rosters, in-arena StadiumVision & HubVision, and special events
* Act as a key marketing liaison for the Corporate Partnerships team by:
o Assisting in the development of innovative ideas for new business opportunities
o Supporting the execution of in-game partnership activations (excluding signage, tickets, and hospitality)
o Designing and implementing marketing campaigns for partner programs
* Work closely with the in-house Creative Services team to produce compelling marketing collateral, ensuring brand consistency and campaign effectiveness.
* Manage and prioritize creative requests from the Corporate Partnerships team to support all partner activation initiatives.
More About You
* Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Sports Management, or a related field preferred.
* 1-2 years of relevant experience in promotional marketing, preferably within a sports team, professional league, or sports-related environment.
* Experience coordinating marketing campaigns, event activations, or fan engagement programs is highly desirable.
