Mortgage Administrator - Partnering with a Leading Financial Advisory Firm We are partnering with a well-established financial advisory firm that is looking for an experienced Mortgage Administrator to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a detail-oriented professional to support the mortgage application process while delivering excellent client service. Role Overview: This is an office-based role, working Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting mortgage and protection applications, liaising with lenders, and ensuring a smooth process for clients. For those interested in career progression, there may be an opportunity to transition into Mortgage Advisory in the future. Key Responsibilities: Regularly liaise with lenders and providers to obtain updates on applicant status. Proactively manage and progress mortgage and protection applications from submission through to completion. Handle incoming calls and emails, ensuring prompt and professional communication. Accurately submit mortgage and protection applications while ensuring compliance with industry standards. Skills & Experience Required: Minimum of 2 years’ experience in mortgage administration, ideally within a mortgage brokerage. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to handle challenges efficiently. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a confident telephone manner. Strong attention to detail and the ability to provide outstanding customer service. What’s on Offer? Competitive salary package of £25,000 - £30,000 DOE (negotiable).
