A fabulous opportunity for anyone looking for a part-time role in a warm and friendly school, working as part of a great Estates Team. Working pattern (split shift): Monday to Friday, 5 hours per day, 25 hours per week, all year round. 7-10am and 4-6pm. Your duties will include: - Unlocking, locking up, keyholder duties - Stock ordering and stock control - Handyperson duties, e.g. fitting shelves, replacing door handles - Safety checks, e.g. fire alarm testing - Keeping outdoor areas tidy and safe, e.g. gritting in icy weather, sweeping leaves - Setting up school events, e.g. putting out chairs and tables - Hygiene supplies replenishment (toilet rolls and paper towels) - A range of general caretaking duties
The successful candidate will have: - Experience of working in an environment which requires knowledge of health and safety procedures - Basic DIY skills - Basic knowledge of entering data in a computer - Willingness to undertake training
