Marshfield Primary School is looking for an outstanding, innovative and dynamic EYFS Reception Teacher to join our team.
Marshfield has undergone rapid improvement over recent years to become one of the country’s highest performing primary schools, ranking 22nd out of nearly 21000 schools in the 2019 KS2 SATS. In 2024 we were ranked the 4th best primary school in the North of England, and 81st nationally This has led the school to be featured in the Sunday Times Parent Power lists and is one of the very small number of primary schools to be awarded World Class School Status by the World Class Schools Quality Mark.
Since 2020 Marshfield has been part of Carlton Academy Trust (CAT) which emerged from the outstanding success of Carlton Bolling, an inner-city Bradford secondary school. Today, we proudly oversee three secondary schools, three primary schools, and three special schools, collectively educating nearly 5000 students, and employing almost 1,000 members of staff. All CAT schools are rated either Outstanding or Good by Ofsted.
The school has just over 470 students and is situated in a vibrant community serving a diverse demographic of children close to the centre of Bradford. Marshfield utilises a bespoke curriculum designed to create an enquiry-based approach to learning, with inspiring and culturally relevant teaching sequences led by teachers who are passionate in providing an outstanding primary education.

Your skills and experience:
* Proven experience as an EYFS teacher with a track record of outstanding practice .
* A strong understanding of the EYFS framework and how to create engaging areas of provision.
* The ability to translate curriculum objectives into exciting, hands-on learning opportunities .
* A flair for creativity and an eye for detail in designing learning environments.
* Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
