We are now looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to join the busy Global Talent Acquisition team for 3-6 months.
This is a fixed term, office-based role in Weybridge.
In this role, you will manage the full-cycle recruitment process from sourcing to on-boarding, working across multiple vacancies for the corporate team in the UK and Germany. Functions covered may include roles in finance & trading, operations, and sales.
The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, sociable, and proactive with a passion for talent and HR. Previous recruitment experience is essential and HR exposure is advantageous. You will be reporting into the Talent Acquisition Manager and working as part of a supportive HR team of 10.
Principal Responsibilities
1. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process
2. Proactively source potential candidates via LinkedIn
3. Screening candidates to ensure they’re suitable for the position being recruited for including first screening/ introductory calls
4. Deliver a consistently excellent service to internal stakeholders
5. Promoting and elevating our company brand via social media platforms,
6. Delivering a brilliant candidate experience to all applicants and candidates.
7. Issuing employment contracts and offer letters
Essential Requirements
8. Vast experience in full cycle in-house recruitment
9. Vast experience in sourcing candidates using LinkedIn recruiter
10. Ability to multi-task and prioritise across multiple concurrent positions
11. Experience of using an ATS & advanced MS Office skills
12. Sound project management skills
13. Proficient user of Job Boards, databases and LinkedIn Recruiter
14. Confident, engaging, and articulate interpersonal skills
15. Oil & Gas Industry knowledge is an advantage
16. Professional level of German language is an advantage
