Responsibilities
1. Supervise the overall performance of The Terraces and Tasi, ensuring a seamless and efficient service.
2. Provide leadership and support to the restaurant floor managers, ensuring consistency in standards across both venues.
3. Work closely with the floor managers and hosts to manage reservations and optimise capacity.
4. Provide cover on the floor managers' days off.
5. Encourage excellent working relationships between the restaurant, bar, and kitchen teams to ensure smooth service flow.
6. Implement and encourage effective upselling techniques to achieve revenue targets.
7. Work with the F&B Manager to analyse sales data and implement strategies to drive additional revenue.
