We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Director to join our team. In this leadership role you will oversee a team of highly motivated sales professionals with the primary responsibility of driving new business acquisition and securing net new logos. You will collaborate with partners and customers while building and leading a sales team to sell a range of services and software solutions. Ideally, you have a proven track record of exceeding expectations, strategic thinking skills, and a passion for technology.
Other responsibilities:
* Monitor and analyze sales pipeline and performance metrics to refine strategies and improve team performance
* Lead, mentor, and manage a team of business development professionals focused on acquiring new clients and consistently coach sales team to identify, target, and cultivate relationships with potential clients and generate new business opportunities
* Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company growth targets and expand market presence
* Cross-sell and upsell among existing partners
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and maximize sales effectiveness
Your Competencies:
* 5+ years of sales leadership experience in the tech sector, with expertise in IT solution selling, including cloud solutions (Azure & AWS), security, SAM, and ITSM
* Proven track record of successfully leading a high-performing sales team and achieving sales targets
* Deep understanding of sales processes, market dynamics, and business development strategies, with the ability to think strategically and execute effectively
* Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with C-level executives and key decision-makers
* Ability to accurately forecast business performance and outcomes
