Trust Accountant – Xavier Catholic Education Trust
* Full time 36 hours per week, 42 weeks per year – flexible working/term-time considered
* Based centrally in Chertsey.
The Xavier Catholic Education Trust is looking to appoint a Trust Accountant to provide financial support for all schools within the Trust. The ideal candidate will be an experienced accountant with a passion for delivering high quality results in all aspects of finance.
The Trust Accountant will support the Head of Finance in the financial management of the Xavier Catholic Education Trust, leading the consolidation of monthly management accounts, quarterly forecasts and annual budget, and supporting school finance leads throughout. They will also support the preparation of audited statutory consolidated accounts, ensuring technical accuracy and compliance.
The Trust Accountant will be a key point of contact for all Central Finance Managers and School Business Managers, ensuring they model best practice and comply with regulations and the Trust's financial systems and controls.
