Your Role:
As a Contract 360 Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for the full recruitment life-cycle within your specialist sector, including:
* Business development and client acquisition.
* Managing the end-to-end recruitment process.
* Engaging with candidates and clients to build strong relationships.
* Negotiating contract terms and closing deals.
* Staying ahead of market trends to identify new opportunities.
What We’re Looking For:
* Proven 360 contract recruitment experience, ideally within IT or another technical sector.
* Strong business development and client management skills.
* A self-motivated and target-driven mindset.
* Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
* Experience managing contract recruitment processes.
