Job Title: Regional HR Business Partner – Fixed Term 12 month contract
Location: Covering sites based in London / Surrey / Bristol (ideal candidates will be based in West London / West Surrey / Berkshire)
Hybrid role with 3 days a week visiting your sites and 2 days working from home

We are looking for a Regional HR Business Partner to join our client, a national automotive dealership group.
The HRBP will oversee 11 sites located in Bristol (3 sites) and London Surrey (8 sites).
The role involves 3 days visiting your sites and 2 days working from home, with visits to each site every 2 weeks.
Job Purpose:
To drive customer care standards, align business objectives with colleagues and management, promote the ‘people agenda’, add value, and bring positive change aligned with the HR Business plan. Maintain high safety standards and meet legislative and corporate standards.
The successful candidate will have an HR Degree or CIPD qualification, be passionate about HR services, and possess excellent communication skills, strong business and HR acumen, with the ability to diagnose, analyze, and implement solutions and strategies.
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
* Recruitment, onboarding, and skills gap analysis
* Consulting with line management and providing daily HR guidance
* Improving and monitoring colleague productivity
* Analyzing HR metrics trends and implementing solutions
* Driving engagement, performance, and cultural development
* Managing colleague wellness initiatives
* Implementing HR strategies supporting the Group Business strategy
Essential Skills and Experience:
* HR Degree or CIPD qualification
* HRBP experience, ideally in Automotive but open to Retail or similar sectors
* Full driving license held for at least 6 months with fewer than 9 penalty points
* Evidence of ‘Right to work in the UK’
* Collaborative team player
* Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
* Strong business and HR acumen, problem diagnosis, and strategic implementation skills
* Passionate about HR service
* Ability to manage conflicting priorities
