We're looking for an experienced Branch Manager to lead one of our clients flagship sites. In this role, you'll be the driving force behind operational efficiency, team development, client retention, and financial performance.
You'll lead from the front, build a performance-driven culture, and be a key player in shaping the branch's long-term success.
Location - Southampton, full time office role Monday - Friday
What You'll Be Doing:
1. Own the operational and financial performance of the branch
2. Drive profitability and growth by improving GP margin and productivity
3. Engage closely with clients and commercial teams to enhance service and retention
4. Lead, develop, coach, and inspire high-performing teams
5. Collaborate across departments (Finance, HR, Commercial) to align on strategic goals
6. Use data and KPIs to make informed decisions and drive continuous improvement
7. Support monthly/quarterly business reviews and client engagements
What We’re Looking For:
1. Proven experience in a Branch Manager, Operations Manager, or Logistics Manager role
2. Strong P&L, budget, and KPI management skills
3. A commercially-minded leader with a focus on service and performance
4. Confident in managing and coaching diverse teams
5. Experience working in fast-paced logistics, supply chain, or freight forwarding
6. Collaborative, proactive and comfortable navigating change
