About the Role As a Cover Supervisor, you will: Supervise and support Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 students during the absence of their regular teacher. Deliver pre-set lesson plans, ensuring a calm and productive learning environment. Manage classroom behavior, maintaining high standards of discipline and focus. Provide assistance to students as needed and ensure safeguarding policies are followed. About You We are looking for individuals who: Have excellent communication and classroom management skills. Are confident and enthusiastic about working with secondary-aged students.
