Job title: Support Worker - 35 hours per week

Salary: £12.31 per hour
Shifts: Split between 7.30am and 10.00pm; successful applicants must be able to do a mix of day shifts.

If you have previous experience as a support worker, care assistant, domiciliary/home care, or in residential homes, then this would be ideal for you. About the service:
Robins View is a supported living service for up to 11 adult service users with mental health diagnoses, Autism, and mild learning disabilities. We need staff that like to support in the community, as our service users are very active and like support to attend college and work placements on occasions.
Support Worker Duties:
* Supporting residents to develop independence and life skills.
* Assisting people to achieve daily goals & activities such as arts, crafts, and hobbies.
* Assisting with the development of person-centered plans for our residents.
* This includes employment, education, and other opportunities.
* Maintaining records and drawing up risk assessments.
* Providing personal care where needed, always working towards more independence.
* Supporting people in undertaking daily activities or development.
* Assisting with personal care when needed.
