To be successful in this position, you will have/be;
Training Program Development:
1. Design and develop comprehensive training programs aligned with organisational goals and objectives
2. Create engaging and interactive learning materials, including presentations, case studies, and simulations
3. Establish metrics to assess the effectiveness of learning programs
Delivery of Training:
1. Conduct training sessions for various levels of management, utilising a variety of instructional techniques and formats
2. Adapt training methods to meet the diverse learning styles and needs of participants
Skills Development:
1. Provide personalised coaching and mentoring to leaders and middle management to enhance their management and leadership skills
2. Facilitate workshops on topics such as communication, decision-making, conflict resolution, and strategic thinking
Needs Assessment:
1. Collaborate with stakeholders to conduct needs assessments and identify gaps in management and leadership skills
2. Analyse training needs and propose relevant solutions to address identified gaps
Evaluation and Improvement:
1. Implement evaluation mechanisms to measure the effectiveness of training programs
2. Collect feedback from participants and stakeholders to continuously improve and enhance training content and delivery
3. Assist in updating and implementing Competence Frameworks
4. Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and innovations in management and leadership development
5. Integrate relevant advancements into training programs to ensure their continued relevance and effectiveness
Skills and experience required
1. Bachelor’s degree in human resources, education, or a related field
2. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a learning and development role, preferably in the aviation or manufacturing industry
3. Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and training methodologies
4. Experience creating and delivering engaging training content, both in-person and online
5. Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and build relationships with key stakeholders
6. Excellent communication and presentation skills
7. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
