2. Experience of leading an Integrated Project Team, ideally gained within the engineering/manufacturing sector.
3. Team player with an ability to build and manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
4. A positive 'can do' attitude to deliver on promises and commitments and be able to adapt to changes in the working environment, managing competing demands to make the best use of time and resources.
5. Experience of project management systems and toolsets such as Primavera P6, Active Risk Manager (ARM), and SAP are advantageous.
We are an equal opportunities employer. We're committed to developing a diverse workforce and an inclusive working environment. We believe that people from different backgrounds and cultures give us different perspectives. And the more perspectives we have, the more successful we'll be. By building a culture of respect and appreciation, we give everyone who works here the opportunity to realise their full potential.
