At TASU, you'll lead a dedicated team in our 15-bedded unit, specialising in delivering top-notch acute surgical support to trauma patients. Work collaboratively with the Trauma Surgical Ward, T7, while benefitting from the strong support of our directorate management team and fellow Ward Managers.

Main duties of the job
As our new Ward Manager for the Trauma Assessment and Stabilisation Unit (TASU), you'll play a crucial role in fostering a safe, clean, and compassionate environment that prioritises our patients above all.
In this dynamic position, you'll lead our dedicated team daily, ensuring the highest standards of patient care through evidence-based practices. Your responsibilities will include:
1. Supporting and line-managing ward staff
