To lead the strategic work of the Safeguarding Children Partnership (BSCP) ensuring it fulfills its statutory functions and duties. This will include leading on the development of effective and purposeful relationships with key strategic partners, driving the work of each partnership sub-group, and supporting the implementation of Working Together 23.

About the role
As the Children's Safeguarding Partnership Manager, you will play a crucial role in leading and managing the partnership's activities. Your key responsibilities will include:
* Developing and implementing safeguarding policies and procedures.
* Coordinating multi-agency safeguarding initiatives and projects.
* Providing expert advice and guidance on safeguarding matters.
* Producing the annual business plan and annual report.
* Leading and managing a team of safeguarding professionals.
* Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of safeguarding practices.
* Building and maintaining strong relationships with partner agencies and stakeholders.
* Lead on implementing Working Together arrangements.
* Support delivery of, and monitoring of Local Safeguarding Practice Reviews.
About you
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced individual with a strong background in safeguarding and child protection. The ideal candidate will have:
* A relevant professional qualification in social work, health, education, or a related field.
* Extensive experience in safeguarding and child protection.
* Excellent leadership and management skills.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* The ability to work effectively with a wide range of stakeholders.
* A commitment to continuous professional development and learning.
