And if you have an idea, we want to hear it Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities Assist legal professionals with administrative tasks across various projects. Communicate clearly and professionally with internal and external stakeholders. Manage deadlines and priorities effectively, adapting to changing demands. Demonstrate resourcefulness in problem-solving and process optimization. Utilize Microsoft Office tools for document preparation and organization. Maintain a high level of professionalism and integrity in all interactions. Requirements A degree in Business, Legal Studies, or a related field, OR 2-3 years of relevant corporate experience. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and a willingness to learn new software. Excellent communication skills: tailoring messages to different audiences and active listening. Attention to detail: ensuring accuracy and quality in all tasks. Ability to multitask: handling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
