Manage incoming calls, offering exceptional telephone support with a professional and friendly manner. Maintain and update accurate records and databases using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and take detailed minutes. Handle client correspondence and enquiries via email and phone, ensuring timely and accurate responses. Assist in general office duties, such as filing, document management, and scheduling appointments. Requirements Experience & Skills Proven experience in an administrative role, ideally within financial services or a similar fast-paced environment. Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint). Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a confident and professional telephone manner
