Job Overview
Are you passionate about supporting young minds and making a real impact on pupils' well-being? Stowe School is looking for a qualified CBT Therapist to join our pastoral team, helping pupils navigate emotional and mental health challenges to reach their full potential.
The role will include:
1. Providing 1:1 CBT therapy to support pupils' mental health
2. Conducting assessments & creating treatment plans
3. Working closely with teachers, parents, and school staff
4. Delivering workshops on resilience, anxiety, and emotional well-being
5. Ensuring confidentiality and safeguarding standards are met
We are looking for:
1. Accredited CBT Therapist (BABCP or equivalent)
2. Experience working with children & adolescents
3. Strong communication & teamwork skills
4. Understanding of safeguarding protocols in schools
5. Passion for creating a supportive school environment
